Did you know that Manor Road Cemetery is the final resting place of 22 WWI and WWII casualties who are under the care of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission? Join this tour to hear their stories and find out about the history of the Commission.
As part of Heritage Open Days, please join us for a Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) guided tour of Manor Road Cemetery to hear about the lives of the twenty-two casualties from the First World War and the Second World War buried here, many of who were from the Bletchley and Fenny Stratford area. You will also hear about the history of the CWGC, the organisation set up by Royal Charter in 1917 to ensure that the men and women who died in the service of their country will be remembered forever more.
