About our Residents’ Association
The Water Eaton Residents Association (WERA) was established over 25 years ago in the early 1990s to represent local residents in our area. WERA represents residents living in Water Eaton, Eaton Mill Estate and Roses Estate and will support you with a range of local issues that affect your wellbeing, social and environmental conditions.
Activities
We liaise closely with Ward and Town Councillors, affiliated to COBRA.
Attend Milton Keynes City Council Resident Engagement Forum
Attend Thames Valley Police Engagement Forum.
Member of the Bletchley Regeneration programme and the Blue Lagoon Project.
Attend other local RA’s meetings to establish common issues and best practice.
Attend Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council meetings as appropriate.
Projects
Ongoing issues raised by residents at WERA meetings.
Blocked drains issues.
Campaigning for Water Eaton Road Traffic Control measures: speed cushions, fencing of grass areas to prevent parking, proposed 20mph speed limit and weight restrictions.
Supporting Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Council (B&FSTC) Neighbourhood Plan
Monitoring planning and development proposals.
We welcome and invite all residents to get involved and support WERA so that we may support you.
Membership
We positively encourage membership of the Association which is free and open to everyone in the community.
Meetings
Our AGM is held in April each year and regular meetings are held at Bletchley Rest Centre at 6:30pm on the following dates this year:

Everyone is welcome to attend meetings but must follow the code of conduct, as set by the Chair at the beginning of each meeting.
